How We Conduct Our Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Services
Our pressure washing services are NOT comparable! All of our employees have been properly trained to take care of your homes exterior! We offer both soft washing and power washing!
Soft washing will take care of your house, deck, or some other surfaces. This is a low pressure soft wash, its so low pressure if you stood in front of our pressure guns it would not harm you! We let our cleaning chemicals do the work for us. Our cleaners will remove all dirt/ mold/mildew and also help the mold/mildew from coming back as fast! Also our cleaners will not harm your plants, flowers, pets, etc.
Pressure washing will take care of your concrete porches, walkways, driveways, sidewalks, pavement patios, etc. This is a high pressure system that will carefully clean all the areas listed above. We never use high pressure on wood surfaces or on your home. That would be taken care of by our soft wash system.
Soft Washing
- We offer a safe low-pressure soft wash that is safe for all house siding, decks, sheds, and fences (NO high pressure or risk of damage to property)
- Our professional system can reach up to 40-50 feet from the ground (with no ladders needed most of the time)
- Our professional detergents will remove all green mold/algae and help prevent future growth
- We do use a chlorine detergent in our cleaning process. We pre-rinse and post-rinse all grass, shrubs, or landscaping to ensure they are not harmed by the detergents
- Our House wash service does NOT include exterior window cleaning. Therefore, sometimes oxidation that’s on the siding and window frames prior to our service may drip or run down onto the windows once were done our wash. If this occurs, it’s something that’s not covered by our house wash. That would be a separate service to have the exterior windows cleaned
Power Washing
- We offer high pressure power washing of concrete walkways, sidewalks, driveways, patios, pool areas, paver patios, paver walls and more.
Our roof wash is a SAFE “no pressure” roof cleaning that will make your roof shingles look brand new again. (We use less than the pressure of a garden hose). We apply our chemical application to your roof shingles without needing to rinse afterwards. Any remaining black streaks or stains will wash away within the next couple of rain storms. If you notice any black streaks still visible after a couple of rain storms, please contact us and we’ll schedule another application at no additional charge.
***We do use liquid chlorine amongst our detergents for roof cleaning. REFER TO CHLORINE MESSAGE IF NEEDED)***
- If you have visible mold or moss on your roof shingles, our application will kill the mold & moss and in return they will turn an ugly white color. It may take up to 90 days for the moss to fall off completely. Or else we will return for another application, of course at no extra charge.
- Please do NOT have anyone try to even use a broom or any other pressure force on the roof shingles to remove any moss as this will remove the granules from the shingles and shorten the lifetime of the roof
· Our roof wash will keep your roof looking new for up to 5 years!
Rust Removal
If you have rust or orange irrigation stains on your property, we can inspect the stains and most likely take care of this for you. There is additional charge for this service and must be requested.
